This website and mobile application are owned and operated by Siddharth Medicare (of which Homeomead is a registered brand). Services are provided from licensed premises under the supervision of a qualified pharmacist, who adheres to the applicable professional code of ethics.

Registration & Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a contract. By registering you confirm the accuracy of the information you provide. Homeomead reserves the right to reject or terminate access at any time. All registration data is secured per our Privacy Policy.

Username and Password

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and must not share your credentials with any other person.

Calculation of Discount

Discounts are calculated on the abated MRP (the price excluding the tax component). Taxes are calculated on the taxable value after discount. No discount is granted on taxes, as applicable.

Ownership of Materials & Licence

All website content is protected by copyright and intellectual-property laws. You may display, download and print content for personal use only. Commercial use requires our prior written consent, and you must not modify content or remove copyright notices.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to: copy, reproduce, store, distribute or transmit materials without consent; use the website for any unlawful purpose or commercial exploitation; upload defamatory, offensive or obscene material; upload files or software that interfere with the website's operation; establish links without prior written consent; decompile or reverse-engineer any software; or encourage others to do any of the above.

Orders, Acceptance & Delivery

Placing an order constitutes an offer, and all orders are subject to acceptance and to stock availability. An order is not binding until confirmed by us. We may cancel or reject any order (for example due to non-availability of stock, pricing errors, or reasons beyond our control). Orders are accepted only from registered addresses within India and are dispatched to selected locations within India. All orders are subject to compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act.

Prescription Medicines

Prescription items require a valid original paper or online prescription, which is verified against your order. Delivery of medicines may require a signature at the doorstep. If you order on behalf of another person, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Acceptance of Goods

Please verify all details and documents before accepting goods. Complaints regarding the goods will not be entertained once they have been accepted.

Liability

We are not liable where no legal duty is breached, where a loss was not foreseeable, or where the loss arises from your breach of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and your statutory rights are not affected.

Physician Disclaimer

Any interaction with physicians is solely between you and the physician. Homeomead is not responsible for such interactions and accepts no liability for medical negligence, incorrect prescriptions or other medical eventualities.

Waiver & Changes

Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time; revised terms take effect immediately upon posting and your continued use signifies acceptance.

Force Majeure

Homeomead is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including changes in legislation, fire, flood, explosion or epidemic.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Belagavi, Karnataka, India.
